BlindSaver.com is proud to offer an exclusive 3-year extended warranty FREE with every purchase of a custom window treatment. Manufactures warranty's unfortunately do not cover return shipping past the first 30-90 days and require the customer cover these costs themselves. The BlindSaver.com 3-year Extended Warranty reimburses all standard ground shipping to and from the manufacture on any warranty repair for 3 years after the purchase date eliminating any out of pocket expense.

Please note:

• Warranty is extended only to original purchaser and is only applicable to normal warrantable repairs provided by manufacture for orders placed on order after March 1st, 2008.
• Standard ground shipping with UPS or FedEx will be covered from customer back to manufacturer for all warranty repairs covered under manufacturers warranty. Packing materials, additional fees, and expedited shipping will be at customer's expense.
• Exclusions include: Oversized products and products beyond manufacturer recommend sizes, contract orders, and orders outside the lower 48 United States.

Product Warranty

All products sold by BlindSaver.com are covered by manufacturers' warranties. Most manufacturers include a limited-lifetime warranty with their product. Please make sure to review your specific product warranty before requesting warranty service. Warranty information for all products is included packaged in your shipments. By request a copy of the manufacturers' warranty can be sent by email or mail. Warranties cover replacement or repair of blinds, as outlined in each policy, and are not grounds for cancellation of order(s).
